I've spent three decades studying what makes great leaders great. From military command to MIT classrooms to Maxwell Leadership stages across Asia-Pacific, I’ve learned that leadership isn't about titles—it’s about transformation.
My journey began in the U.S. Air Force, where I spent 28 years developing leaders under pressure. For 12 of those years, I served as an Air Force NCO Academy Instructor, training thousands of emerging leaders in effective leadership, accountability, and mission excellence.
Leadership today requires more than traditional skills. It requires AI fluency. That’s why I completed advanced AI programs at MIT Sloan School of Management and the Wharton School, focused on how AI is reshaping every industry, every organization, and every career.
